Sarah Wilkinson

I’m Sarah Wilkinson, a highly-experienced pianist, vocal coach, repetiteur and piano accompanist, based in North London.

I work with musicians at every level of experience – singers and instrumentalists, whether professional, student or amateur – preparing them for operatic roles, concert performances, theatre shows, auditions and exams.

I’m Director of Highbury Youth Choirs and Assistant Musical Director to both Eclectic Voices and Highbury Opera Theatre.

As a pianist, I have played for choirs, opera companies and orchestras at venues all over the UK and abroad, including The Union Chapel, Queen Elizabeth Hall, St John’s Smith Square and on BBC Radio 4.

Sarah is a fine pianist/repetiteur and an excellent choice to help preparing recital or operatic role. In addition, she is a very kind and patient human being.

Sean Larard

I would recommend Sarah Wilkinson to any singer, from grade one to professional. Her ear for detail with diction, phrasing and style are of a very high standard.

She not only plays the piano beautifully but supports singers to bring out the best in them. She is a joy to work with!

Dominic Natoli

Tenor & Voice Teacher, Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance

Sarah Wilkinson is a musician of exquisite talent and finesse. Her abilities as a repetiteur, coach  and pianist are second to none, and she is always friendly, professional, positive and supportive.

I happily endorse and recommend Sarah as a pianist in all genres of music.

Byron Jackson

Baritone, Director of BJ Music Events

I first met Sarah in September 2016 when I sang roles in Kurt Weill’s ‘Lost in the Stars’ which she skilfully helped me through.

After that, I saw her extensively as a coach, preparing not only audition material but also going through complete operatic roles, musical theatre songs and workshop material for children.

As a coach, accompanist and player, I have found her enthusiastic, skilful, broad-minded and knowledgeable in a diverse range of repertoire. She has a constructively critical ear but always offers a supportive and friendly approach.
